Juice Plus comes in the form of a gummie vitamin for kids and capsules for adults. It is said to give you the number of servings of fruits and veggies you need for one day. I know I never give Sydney what she needs in terms of fruits and veggies, so I love giving these to her, not as a replacement, but as an assurance she is getting what she needs nutritionally. We take them too and feel like we have more energy and are sleeping better.
